Our story
Our love story with pizza began in 2020, where it all starts for most pizza enthusiasts - the charming city of Naples, Italy. The place has a special spot in our hearts, not only because it's pizza's hometown but also because that's where we met. Inspired by this, we called our venture Vesuvio - yep, just like the iconic volcano that overlooks Naples.
Fast forward to 2021, we took our passion and our pizza on the road with a mobile project across Europe. We couldn't get enough of Neapolitan pizza, and it seems neither could our customers. We had the joy of serving up fresh, hot slices straight from the oven at countless parties.
Sadly, as 2022 wrapped up, we had to close up our European shop and uproot to California. But the pizza dough doesn't stay flat for long in our world! Now, as 2024 unfurls its calendar pages, we're kicking off our pizza service in sunny California. Ready to bring that straight-from-the-oven, melt-in-your-mouth Neapolitan pizza experience to all you beautiful people. Let's get this pizza party started again!

We offer a buffet style service where we serve pizza
Menu
Every event could be 100% customized. We offer our suggestions and tips but choice is on your side.
Setup
Our default setup is pizza prep table, buffet tables, tent and two dome ovens. In total we need approx 15ft x 15ft space.
Ingredients
100% organic, sourced locally if possible. Some ingredients are imported from italy.
Pizza
We are making Neapolitan style pizza. Dough is made minimum 48h before event.
Price
Our minimum is $600 per party - that covers up to 30 pizza of any style. Pricing varies and includes pizzas, staffing for 2 hours, travel fee, setup, break down and tax. 50% deposit required to confirm date.

APrior to your event, we'll sit down together to discuss your expectations and preferences. Whether you have specific menu ideas or need our expert guidance to curate the perfect pizza selection, we're here to ensure your culinary vision becomes a reality.
We are open to any kind of party - birthday, wedding, family dinner in a backyard, corporate event, surprise party and more!
On the day of your event, expect a seamless Italian culinary spectacle.
We handle everything from kneading and baking the pizzas to providing all the essential extras—extra virgin olive oil, quality cheeses, aromatic spices, and even plates and boxes for any delicious leftovers that you'd like to save for later.
